RCSails - About Us

We are a small group of sailing enthusiasts both Thai and Europeans, building and sailing our yachts just for fun more than a decade. Our place is at the outskirts of Bangkok. We have build several moulds over the years and are producing these hulls now in small quantities for a fair price. We can build our hulls in fancy materials to your specifications and can develop and produce your own designs from the drawing to the plug and the mould at competitive prices.

Our sailing enthusiasm started in the 90s of the last century when I bought a almost ready to sail plastic model from Italian manufacturer Monteleone. Sailing this model, named 'Mistral' I got infested by the sailing virus and never recovered.. Several other kits followed, after them I got hold of an German kit 'Rubin' which sailed much better than the plastic kits. Time passed and I moved away from the waters, but when I relocated again in 2007 with plenty of waters in close reach I build my first IOMs. Nowadays I sail my boats as often as time allows and pace my fast multihulls as well. Some of my friends have joined sailing as well.
